Curb Appeal
Start with the outside of your house, better known as your curb appeal. Inspect the outside of your house from a street view. What do you notice first? What dollar-earning features seem waiting to be noticed?
Understanding this helps us to decide what we can do to invite buyers from the street and into your house. If your house isn't the best it can look on the outside with retouched paint and bright greenery it's time to get those things done. Refer to the Curb Appeal Checklist and increase your home's final selling price.

Welcome Home
Can buyers see themselves enjoying game night in your living space, reading a good book in your spa tub or studying in your home office? We want your house to pleasantly accept buyers and offer them a sense of easy living. I'll help you achieve this by suggesting changes that highlight the features of your home.
I'll suggest that you reduce the effect of anything that gives the appearance of clutter. Surface areas like tables, desks and counters should be free and clear. Knickknacks, sentimental items, family photos, and refrigerator artwork should get moved out of sight. We'll simplify the decor of house. Unsightly or cluttered spots make your home seem unkempt and buyers have a more difficult time seeing themselves calling your place home.
I know instantly where a room's best characteristics are and how to show them off. Enhancements that directly impact your bottom line include easy-to-fix items like furniture pieces that should be removed, rooms that need new paint, carpet that needs steaming, fixtures that need polishing, and windows that need cleaning.
With me by your side, you'll know that your home is likable and that it's friendly, staying away from "loud" or "personalized" hues on the walls and furniture. And if the house is vacant, you can consider borrowing furnishings. The goal is for your house to look ready to live in as opposed to vacated.

Setting the Stage
During your Open House, we want to capture buyers' attention. To eliminate shadows a mood changer and we'll draw back curtains, and change light bulbs where needed to show off your home. We'll enhance the ambiance with enjoyable music to listen to while guests tour your home and ensure a nice aroma circulates room-to-room. We'll incorporate cozy-looking throws, and pillows on your loveseat and bedding. We want buyers to feel like your place is their future home. |
